Central heating knowledge and experience essential and good knowledge of system design.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to:
– Ensure the highest standards are delivered
– Deliver installation maintenance and servicing to clients in and around the Birmingham area
– Ensure the Client, Customer and Team are ‘kept in the loop’ through feedback and regular updates
– Contribute to the delivery of a quality service, aiming for 100% satisfaction of the Customer
– Provide technical support, advice and guidance to the Customer and Team
– Minimum Qualifications, Certifications and Training required

Essential
• GCSE in English and Maths or Equivalent.
• NVQ Level 3 in Heating and ventilation/ gas
• Commercial Gas safe qualification COCN1, CODCO1, CDGA1, CIGA1, TPCP1A, TPCP1, CORT1
• Strong, demonstrable competencies of dealing with building services plant.
• Knowledge and experience of working on HVAC systems
• 3 years previous experience within similar environment and in particular across area multi sites and multi discipline service delivery
• Ability to manage priorities in line with business needs
• Ability to turn hand to most activities within a building maintenance environment

Desirable
• F-gas qualified
• Unvented hot water
• IPAF
• ICPN1
• Background in property maintenance
• Knowledge and experience operating and adjusting Building Management Systems (BMS)
