Purchased a property with an underfloor heating system, which was unexpectedly not functional. Trying to find a company who knew about underfloor systems and would return calls was a challenge. Came across F&P on a google search and from when they came out to Worcester, it was clear they knew their stuff. Completely reconfigured the system, explained everything clearly and with excellent customer service.

This was our 1st time using F&P Heating and will definitely not be our last. We had a problem with our underfloor heating and from our initial call to the problem being fixed the customer service and quality of work was outstanding.
I spoke to Josh and another lady in the office, both were very helpful. They came diagnosed the problem on Friday morning and then returned the following day with the new part fitted and all up and running.
Arrived on time, professional, very knowledgeable with a high standard of work.
We have no hesitation in recommending F&P Heating to our family and friends.

This company from start to finish was totally brilliant.
They turn up when they say they are coming do an excellent job and nothing was to much trouble , they even clean up after so no mess and everything was taken away with them.
We will definitely be using them again.
