Trying to find a company who knew about underfloor systems and would return calls was a challenge. Came across F&P on a google search and from when they came out to Worcester, it was clear they knew their stuff. Completely reconfigured the system, explained everything clearly and with excellent customer service.

We had a problem with our underfloor heating and from our initial call to the problem being fixed the customer service and quality of work was outstanding.
I spoke to Josh and another lady in the office, both were very helpful. They came diagnosed the problem on Friday morning and then returned the following day with the new part fitted and all up and running.
